I first found this boot at one of the small shoe stores in The Villages. My 74-yr old aunt bought a pair and I tried it on. Leather is soft, fit is comfortable, the heel height is just right and the heel itself was nicely done - not blah-looking but not gaudy either. It seems that a great deal of thought and work was put into this style. I wanted one for me too but the store didn't have it in my size so I searched online and found a pair.
Don't regret it. Can't wait to wear it over and over. Looks great with either dress or jeans. I liked it so much I bought a sandal of the same brand.
