The shoe fits right to size whether you wear socks or not. Narrow feet will feel that the toe box is big. In the expresso color, I actually wear these shoes as business dress at the office. No body noticed except to say "Those are nice, what are they?" These will provide the perfect amount of arch support whether you need alot or just a little. Very nice since most peoples feet are slightly different. Heavier people (>230LB) will feel the shoes is a little flat in the arches. They feel like someone put a silk slipper on your foot and then poured a bath of awesomeness over it. Unlike most of the barefoot line you will need no training or breaking in period for these shoes. I could rave about these shoes for quite a few sentences more, but to shorten a long review, i recommend these shoes to anyone. The amazon returns are easy and free. It doesn't matter because you will not return them.
