I was not disappointed in the quality of this boot. However, if you need a narrow shoe as I do, you may not want to order this boot. Ariat does not make this boot in a narrow so I ordered the medium width boot. My heel is very loose in the boot to the point of being uncomfortable. I'm currently trying to correct that problem.
