Men's Lynco, Sport L405M RED 6 M Review

These are really good support insoles. I mainly use them for walking both on a treadmill and pavement. I have mis-aligned knees and high arches and without them my knees get very sore. My daughter has plantar fasciitis which comes and goes but when she puts them in her winter boots which have a pretty flat sole the pain totally goes away. They're not cheap and I replace them once a year because I walk 5 days a week though I could probably get 2 years out of them. The support (raised bump) on the ball of the foot took a little getting used to but after a week or two I don't even notice it.
