The shoes are very nice looking and seem to be appropriate for any casual occasion. The leather is of reasonably good quality and the color chosen for these shoes is a muted blue, not objectionable in appearance. The color of the shoes was a concern to me but I needn't have worried because the color is not loud at all. I would have given the shoes a five star rating but the width sizes offered are a little misleading. As I have a rather large foot it's sometimes difficult to find a fit that is both long enough and wide enough as well. These shoes are the least bit narrow for my foot. I mean they are not uncomfortable but I wouldn't strike out on a five mile walk in them. If I had chosen the wider size I feel certain they would have been too large. Let me hasten to say that overall I am very pleased with them and do recommend them to anyone.
