While I've only been wearing them for this last week I was hoping that there would be a bit more give in the sides. I find that (and while this may change over time) this is a very medium width. For someone who is wearing a size 13 shoe, I guess I would make the larger sizes a bit larger in the horizontal direction as well. On the plus side, they look nice, as all the Dr. M's I've had have, and appears to be made well. If this product was offered in a increased width I would have purchased it, but this is what it was and I'll just need to make sure to cut down on my carbs.

If it was slightly wider I think there's no reason to not give it 5 stars.
