I've seen lots of folks wearing the Dansko's (I work in health care). I've been tempted to get the black patent for a long time, but couldn't break the bank. Then I saw these marbled navy ones and couldn't resist any longer. They are very comfortable. I've worn them about every day since I've got them, both with jeans and to work (I dress up in an office). When I tried them on in a local retail store, the clerk sized me at a 39, so that's what I ordered. Unfortunately they were a bit too short, so I sent back and got the 40. Much better. And, not too sloppy for my narrow foot either. Highly recommend this product!
