This product appears as shown in picture. I wanted to love these, but for the price they were just okay. They are very basic -- appearance-wise, they don't look much different than shoes you might get at a discount store. The difference, of course, is the unseen cushion. The cushion doesn't provide much support or shock absorption but does provide just a little added comfort and squish to the step. Unfortunately, the toe box was a bit too tight for me (and a bit short---which meant ugly toe cleavage! Ugh!) so I decided to return these. While the next size up might work, they weren't "special" enough looking for me to consider that option. If you love Cole Haan shoes you might love these. To me, they were just okay and not quite worthy of the price. I do appreciate Amazon's wonderful return policy, so I am still glad that I made this purchase despite the fact that I am returning them due to poor fit.
