Comfort and quality are this shoe's strengths. The craftsmanship is excellent even though the style is a little pedestrian. I personally was hoping for something a bit funkier. If nothing else, however, the Karris works well for the office, especially if you do a lot of walking. Also, even though it seems higher, the heel maxes out at 2.75", which is a bonus for those of us wanting a higher heel but unwilling to torture our feet for one. An area of concern is the narrow, leather strap. I have bony feet and almost run out of velcro when I secure the strap. It's okay for now, but I'm a little concerned the strap leather will stretch out of shape or wear out way before the rest of the shoe bites it. We'll see.
