These boots are so beautiful! I have been searching for an ankle bootie that is slightly rugged, but can be dressed up or down, with a maximum heel of 2 inches, and a narrow ankle. These are perfect! I purchased the "beach" color in 7.5M (normally I wear an 8) and the leather is a neutral taupe and the heel doesn't have that cheap fake wood look. The best part about these boots is that the ankle is very narrow so they don't have that huge gap that many boots have on thin legs. There is still enough room that they can fit over skinnies, however. Give these a try if you are looking for something neutral and versatile, just be sure to order 1/2 size down.
