I got these in black at Macy's. I think these have a 14" calf, not 15.5" as stated here on Amazon. They turned out to be the best fit of many many pairs of boots that I tried for my narrow calves. They are also very attractive. I tried them on over skinny jeans and they look good. I think these *may* work with a skirt too - a difficult task for me. I've come to expect some gapping but I try to minimize it so I don't look like I'm wearing galoshes. I think these may well work with tights, not just skinny jeans.
