I got these shoes in green. They ran true to size for me... I usually take an 8 but once in a while I get a 7.5, however in these shoes the 8 was perfect. The toes are not too narrow and have a lot of room which makes them comfortable to walk in. The actual shoe itself is high quality and very soft. The thicker heal makes them really easy to walk in. They are super cute and I would recommend them to everyone!

Being one of the few wide dress shoes available on Amazon and given that this was my first online shoe order, I figured I might be taking quite a risk on my order. However, if it was risky, then the reward has been very good so far. Hopefully it will last a quite a while as well. It's a little more pricier than I would normally go for but it sure was convenient.

Shoe arrived today!! This Gold Cup version of the Sperry Top-Sider A/O is super comfortable and soft!! Unlike Sebago boat shoes, this Gold Cup requires no break-in. This shoe came with a blue colored Gold Cup shoe sleeves ( shoe bags ) in the box!! The deer skin liner is easy on my feet as I walk quite a bit. The color Brown is exactly as shown on the Amazon website. I also noticed that the eyelets are layered with 'gold' for rust protection. How long it will protect against rust and tarnishes remains to be seen. The leather used in this Gold Cup version of the Authentic Original is softer and definitely higher quality than the regular Authentic Originals. THIS IS EXPECTED when I paid premium price for it... most expensive pair of shoes I have bought! I wear a 9.5M in the regular A/O and the 9.5M in this Gold Cup version fit the same. No more, no less. All in all, I hope this Gold Cup A/O will last me for quite sometime.

I have worn Birkenstocks, Stegman and Haflingers. I love the Haflingers because the sole is grippy and that makes them excellent for outdoor wear. I am a serious walker and commute to and fro on my feet. I also teach so am on my feet all day, 5 days a week. These clogs have not let me down. 25km per week commute in rain and shine, another 10 per week across campus and then just pacing the classroom. I have multiple pairs. Use a cork preserver. It will make them last for years. The wool is wonderful. They pill a bit at first, but then last for years. I have one pair I bought in Alaska in 1998. I still wear them. they are old but the best slippers! They were great outdoors at the time.
