When I first ordered these shoes from Amazon, I was a bit wary of what I would get for two main reasons:1) I had seen the shoes but had not tried them on in my size at a store, so I was worried about how the sizing would turn out from ordering them online.
2) As this is my first experience with Doc Martens, I had read online reviews of Docs where people had mentioned the Docs had really hurt their feet until they had gotten the shoes broken in properly.
But when I got the product, I was thoroughly surprised. The sizing basically ran like usual (at least in my case, going down a size would not have worked) and so the shoes fit well. Not only that, but the shoes were at first surprisingly comfortable. I wore them for a 9 hour period without any blistering or pain involved.
All in all, I'm very pleased with my new Docs. I'll definitely be wearing them loads more now. They look exactly as shown on Amazon and they came in when the seller said they would, and I'm just generally happy with the product. Would recommend.
