I was looking for some booties I could wear in the summer time with dresses, skirts, shorts and this definitely fit all the criteria I was looking for. I ordered my normal 8.5 and they fit fine, I just have to wear thin socks with them. They are comfy and I've worn them with dresses, shorts, love how they make my outfit go from boring to "trendy". I ordered the cognac color, it is beautiful color and could go with brown or black outfits, the leather is soft, def. recommend spraying leather protectant spray on it. The boot I received did not have the tassle in the back, which I really didn't mind. Highly recommend this boot if you're looking for the perfect short bootie to wear year round.
