I absolutely SWEAR by Dr. Weil's and the Orthaheel line of shoes. Dr. Weil's is more upscale, as their shoe tops are made from leather, while Orthaheel has the wonderful foot saving soul, the tops are man made materials. So when I get a pair of Dr. Weil's I feel I am getting the best, and they have the price tag to prove it. This pair is very attractive, and very well-made. I've had them for a few weeks now, but I have to be honest the tops are still pretty tight, I'm still waiting for them to stretch out a bit. It's the band across the top of the foot, and after wearing a few hours,it really hurts. But it may just be my foot, you never know. But I do know that anything larger would slip off my heel. Just be sure when you try them on, that they feel loose enough across the top, don't think they will get any looser any time soon. But I'll keep trying to loosen them up, maybe I'll get them stretched.
